Absolutely love this place. The croissants are insanely fresh, and the staff is warm, patient, and genuinely welcoming. I’ve only been a couple of times, but it already feels like my go-to spot. Highly recommend.

Mediocre pastries and poor service, management aggressively prefers that everyone use cash. Plenty of expired items being sold at a minimal discount; lots of canned, jarred, and otherwise preserved goods. Two stars earned for interesting niche products

I love this place for fine French pastries and chocolates, they have really nice coffee as well to sit and eat in the back if you wish. It’s a bit pricy imo but everything is imported from France and handmade, its authentic so feels like a real treat. The staff is friendly, welcoming and I love that they speak French to me! A must try if your visiting the Danforth or want something yummy, very nice gift ideas as well.

We had a fabulous little Thank You gift put together for a friend. Well done; we will be welcomed back with open arms! Thank you Douce France‍♂️

Well my review is because of the negligence of the shop owners, not because of the shop itself! update your Google my business profile if you go on a trip to France and close the shop! Based on your "open " status I travelled 1 hour with my family to go to your store and it was closed! While your opening times clearly stated open!!! What a shame!

Lovely place! The next best thing to sipping coffee on Champs-Elysees (given you are on Yonge Street). Fresh croissants. Quiche was great too. Also a great place for quality sweet treats.

Such a warm place with warm hospitality. You really feel like you're in France in this little place. There are specialty products that you won't see anywhere else in Toronto maybe even the whole Canada. Angelina's hot chocolate and the 3 King's Cake (during Christmas time) are to die for!! The owner takes her time to educate customers on French ways and advised me which chocolate to eat, how to savour it, and how much to eat. I know there are many schools who do their field trips here.

Bonjour Family SUYVI, I totally understand your frustration and anger. Google should have been updated as we always do when we take a break. Unfortunately, the hours had been updated for Valentine's week just before we left but had not been updated and saved for the weeks after that's why it appears as open. I did not double-checked myself and should have. Sorry about that! What a shame indeed!
