Thank you Delmar for providing me with exceptional customer service and looking after arranging this order for me. I live in Winnipeg and whenever I am in Toronto visiting family, I always stop into your store and buy your food items which I find are plentiful and are of the highest quality and on special occasions I buy your flowers!

Longtime customer here. Over the last year or two, prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. Harvest Wagon is arguably the most expensive grocery store in the city. With high prices comes high expectations. Unfortunately, like most things, the quality of their products continues to slide. Their hot meals are made by a new chef and it's a big downgrade. From taste to presentation, I've learned to no longer purchase their hot prepared foods. Their salads are now old and soggy. Think wet croutons and waterlogged lettuce. And their management is non-responsive, defensive, uninformed and unprofessional. The only redeeming thing about Harvest Wagon these days is their friendly employees

Love Harvest Wagon - That’s where i buy my favourite hummus and dips: Lena’s Dips, so creamy, rich, and made with 100% extra virgin olive oil unlike other brands. I love that this store carries it! Always nice to see local Toronto brands that care about quality ingredients. If you haven’t tried their garlic sauce (toum) yet, it’s a must too. The produce at harvest wagon is the best too

This is by far the most expensive grocery store I’ve ever been to—it actually makes Whole Foods feel affordable by comparison. I paid $6 for a single medium-sized heirloom tomato (not even organic) and $4 for two small cucumbers. The prices are truly shocking.

Spent over 10 minutes in the store trying to find something for my lunch break. I work construction so I usually just grab something quick for my breaks. I could not believe the prices! I had a dollar store box of crackers and a small 5 pack of individual wrapped cheese almost like baby bell. I could not believe my eyes when it rang up to 30$ after tax. I get it’s Yonge street, but I will never support nor promote a business when they are marking up food items like it’s royalty almost 300% it’s normal price. Stay away, you can literally buy the same things for a 1/5 of the price.

Good produce, looks amazing, but there is a 75%-100% mark-up on everything. Tubs of yogurt normally 4.99$ where 9.99. 2l of milk for 9.99. No price tags on anything.

I think the pictures say quite a lot of what their concept of value for your money is. I mean, it tastes like it was cut within the last 48 hours but if I had that $ 7 back again I'd get pizza from Superpoint and change back. I'd also have been happier.

I am sorry that you had that experience with Harvest Wagon. We do have less expensive lunch choices, perhaps they didn't suit.

Thank you for your comments Christopher, it isn't acceptable not to have price tags on products, we work to change.

Hi Stephen, all of our fruit salads and any cut fruit is done every single morning with fresh fruit. Never reduced like other stores! They’re also 100% full to the top. Looks like you already enjoyed some of that before these photos
