I had a very bad experience at this location. i asked for help from the staff and he started screaming at me saying " you have come to shop, keep shopping dont ask me" when i requested for a product whether it is available or not .I wish i could give negative rating unfortunately google require at least one star. .he ruined my whole day. .
I have not been to a store in forever. So long that the last time the stores still had all items in freezers behind the counter. Now you grab your own. They make a lot of handy meals although I wish they were bigger. They are not good for families over 4. But if you are a solo or a couple, so many tasty choices.
When I'm in a bind- this is my go to spot. Great skewers and frozen foods. I usually have a freezer full of MM frozen foods, which has saved me on numerous occasions instead of ordering uber eats. Great prices and the staff are always very helpful.
I love the option of home delivery (but they don’t give an option to add a tip to the delivery order, so I keep change now to give to delivery.) service and accuracy is on target of my expectations. Quality is also on target of my expectations Thier rewards is a little misleading, but not on purpose I think. You do not accumulate actual rewards, and then you’re able to redeem your rewards. That’s a little confusing as that’s what most companies do when they offer rewards. they should Collett just member card which gives you discounted on selected items. That’s much easier to understand. I order at least once a week, giving me meals for the rest of the week. The one item I really love is their spareribs I am absolutely addicted to that. Even though they are pre-cooked I still let them lie in my slow cooker for about four hours, but then I finish them off in my air fryer, making it nice and Chrisp ready to eat Their prices might be a little more expensive than the grocery store however, the quality justifies that higher price. My real big complaint right now. They constantly run out of soups. For example, chicken noodle soup has not been on sale for a couple months now. Of all months not to be available. Chicken soup needs to be available during the winter. So I’m begging you please can you start selling soups again during the winter?
Staff are very friendly and ready to help decide on your selection. I get some deals via email and easily take advantage of them as this location is fully stocked.
First time buyer. Loved the food. Its opened our eyes to new flavors. As a gluten free family, its so nice to have a store with lots of gluten free options.
Had an amazing experience here today and I love the addition of M&M's to Liberty Village. Sarah was my sales person and she was so helpful and friendly. I found a variety of great options and they were delicious! The quality of food here is very good for the prices. I also like how they are expanding into meat-less options, I picked up a few of them and they were really good. Overall it was a great experience and I love having something other than Metro close by for quick grocery options. The quality is also much better for their frozen options. Highly recommend people check it out and stop by!
