They made me pay first for a shawarma before making it. Said it’s “like a restaurant. you pay first then we bring the food” Bro there is no waiter, no music and I can see the mop bucket in the corner. Be serious. You guys are fast food, not fine dining
Overall very good store, but everytime I trust them and have bought raw chicken and it turns to be bad. First time I thought it was just bad luck, I started to avoid it due to this reason. Decided to try again today due to convinence but chicken has best before date of Oct. 27, but is bad. Ridiculous to think Ilthey would sell chicken which isn't bad. Anyways go for whatever. Stay away from chicken! And probably other meats
Samer makes the absolute best falafel wrap I have ever had and he’s an affable chap to boot. I grab lunch from here every chance I get. The store is jam-packed with grocery items and is super handy to have nearby. Love it.
The paramount section is very good. I come here for the yallah special which is amazing. Also the worker who makes it Mohhamed is very talented in the paramount section, his stuff is gas. Mohhamed is an amazing guy as well very genuine and friendly. Love this place.
The Shawarma vendor, there's a young guy named Samir. He was exceptionally rude and complained when I had to wait 15 minutes for my order to be prepared. He also said that he’d give me less toppings since most people get 1-2 toppings… I said no, I get a shawarma here often and everyone else usually makes it properly with the toppings it says on the menu… Previously, there was a fellow named Mohammed who was excellent - always courteous and did a fantastic job. I'm not sure who the owner is, but it's crazy how someone like Samir, who claims to be the supervisor, operates here. He’s always rude, this time it was worse.
The CASHIER IS VERY RUDE AND ALWAYS MAKES MISTAKES SHE DON'T ADMIT. Happened around 9 pm of June 3, 2022. Rude female cashier she is skinny and looks Indian or Muslim . Read other negative reviews how this store has a very bad argumentative service. They also have food sanitation complaints. She likes to argue and she shouted at me, even I was talking nicely. She said she is the manager and she never made a mistake in her life . She said she is perfect but cannot understand simple english.
