Absolutely unacceptable experience at Rabba (171 Front St). On Sept 29 at 11:46 PM, I went to buy bread and the lady (cashier) suddenly yelled at me, falsely accusing me of tossing the pack. When I calmly asked for an apology, she kept arguing and then told me to “go back to my home country.” This is blatant racism, harassment, and unprofessional behavior. Rabba management must take immediate action—such people should be fired on the spot. No customer should ever be treated with such disrespect. I will make sure to share this story widely, and already my friends and community members are saying they feel unsafe and unwilling to shop at this outlet. If you care about customer satisfaction and reputation, you cannot allow this behaviour to continue.

This store has a variety of groceries that are a good value. Similar quality to Metro but lower prices, and much better quality than No Frills for slightly higher prices. The staff are friendly and polite. And one can shop there at 3 in the morning!

Well Rabba, if you don’t want to give ppl COVID rapid tests, apparently you should talk to the government instead of customers. How ppl use rapid tests is none of your business.

Don't bother coming to this Rabba to get rapid COVID tests, unless you want to be questioned on when the last time you got them was, being told "You don't use it like that", and having to justify why you need it before begrudgingly handing it over to you. I believe the person who helped me was either the owner or manager, and he's either racist or just extremely rude to everyone, although he did have a lovely conversation with a white man in line before me, so I'm suspecting the former.

I called in advance to see if they had covid tests available, which they did, and they told me that they are right by the front door cashier. When I arrived, as soon as the doors opened, this old man started yelling at me to get out. I was fully masked, holding my bike (not mounted on it) and he continued to yell. He went from 0-100. I tried to tell him that I was there to pick up the tests, but he wouldn't hear it. I want to point out that there are 2-3 homeless men in front of the store and nowhere to lock the bike. To top it all off the store was completely empty but I can see why. I left and went to the shoppers down the street. I have been going to this Rabba for years and the customer service is the same: Terrible. Today, I had enough. Why are you treating patrons like they're pests? I have zero tolerance for trashy cashiers who yell at people. Get out of the service industry if you don't want to do this type of work.

THEY STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS. I usually don’t take the receipt, but my spidey instincts were tingly. I checked, and noticed that they double charged me for a bag of potatoes. This could be an honest mistake, so I didn’t make a big deal out of it, and just asked for a refund. Then I heard a lady behind us that came back because she was also doubled charged as well. They bet on customers not taking the receipt, so they can get away with stealing a few bucks on top. Crooks. Don’t go here. *google: no stars should be an option*

I came in with my service dog and he was aggressive with me, I gave him my card like he asked he threw it back to me and told me there was no way she was a service dog and got more aggressive to the point he gave me a panic attack this store is not disabled friendly store he purposely started egging me on please boycot this store
