I recently visited this store, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The cashier was very rude, and they were exceptionally unkind, which made the shopping experience uncomfortable. Additionally, when I got home, I realized that not all the items I paid for were included in my bag. In fact, I was missing four items from my purchases. I spent a significant amount, and it's frustrating to discover missing items only after leaving the store. I urge everyone to double-check your bags to ensure you receive everything you pay for before you leave. Please do something about the customer service, as it’s essential for stores to treat all customers fairly and with respect.
?️ Need a bed? Need a pillow? Need soap dispensers. Hopefully you don't because those are necessities for any house, but if you do give this store a visit. You might like it. ? Even if you don't need the stuff, come check it out! It's got lots of great stuff just to see for leisure when you have a day off. ? Family friendly, kind staff, and very cleaned and organized.
I was getting dirty looks from the employees the very moment I stepped into this place. I truly felt like they were looking down on me, and after reading other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one. The merchandise and prices were good, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. Not only were the sales reps giving me nasty looks but the cashier was even worse with her rudeness. She ignored my greeting, ignored my “thank you,” and acted like I wasn’t even there. She scanned my two sale items over and over, around seven times, which felt like she didn’t like that I was getting them for 50% off. She took way too long, and the whole interaction felt humiliating, like I was beneath her. I’m not asking for fake kindness, just basic courtesy. Instead, I left feeling terrible. Sadly, the good products were overshadowed by how poorly I was treated, and it makes me not want to come back.
This store is fantastic. They offer a wide variety of home products, all at fair and reasonable prices. The color selection is elegant and calming, and the fabric quality is truly excellent. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I would love to see them open a location in Niagara Falls?
The lady who was supposed to help people to find what they are looking for should not try to ignore them and try to make them leave by saying she doesnt know if they have the stuff or not
Right now , 9th August, Saturday , 3:45 pm , Gentlemen at cash who said he is the manager, should try his best to overcome his attitude toward customers..... loyal customer here bye bye forever There are huge amount of stores in the city , it is a wild market, you have to respect customers otherwise you can not survive They didn't mention items are final sale , i bought something , left the store , i found something better quality somewhere else , i wanted to return them after 10 minutes, he said they are final sale..... honey , first, you didn't mention that ! Second, it was only 10 minutes later and it was only 5$ !!!!!!!! You lost a customer who live near by and shops from you repeatedly over 5$ with your customer service AND attitude
This is new store in Canada , pretty good stuff new stuff but the only thing is there a sales associate names Tatiana who was not good with her behaviour, i wanted to gift my for her new home and I was trying to explain her the ambience of house but she was just telling her side of story and notlistening to me which was very rude and showing some random stuff as if she was buying. Though I got some stuff which had good price range. Please to be good with the customer specially Tatiana
