Ambiance top notch! Food Spectacular! All dish are very well seasoned & made beautifully! Embracing modern italian for sure ! A must try resto in Toronto. The pizza Fun guy is my fav pizza now ! Our server , Reilly did an excellent job making sure that we had the best experience, recommended items are top notch ! The manager , Aaron, greeted us personally & checking in on us to make sure we have everything that we need .

We came here to celebrate a birthday as a group of 10, and it was a lovely dining experience. We booked in advance and got to stay in a private room with just our group which was very nicely decorated and had beautiful ambiance. Our server, Jon, made our dinner fun and enjoyable. He made great conversation with our group, kept jokes coming, made sure our drinks were full, and explained every dish as it came out. He did an excellent job at accommodating to our requests, and made sure we felt seen even in a private room. The food here is always delicious. We got the set menu, which for $70 is definitely a great value. It’s a 4 course meal including really tasty starters, pastas to the pizzas, steak, and octopus. All the flavours are fresh and worth trying. My personal favourite is the Casestri alla Vodka, could eat it everyday. Special thanks to Jon and all the staff for making my friend’s birthday celebration special and creating a memorable night for us all! 5/5 - highly recommended
My fiance and I went to Piano piano just after we were engaged. I had alerted the staff ahead of time that it would be a special dinner for us through OpenTable. The staff said ahead of time that there would be a nice table picked out and that they look forward to having us. our experience once we arrived was taken back. I had no expectations other than a nice table, however we were seated at a table that was along the walk way to the downstairs and not very secluded or made to feel special. We were not once congratulated or even asked what brought us to the restaurant that evening. The waiting was very attentive service however slacked the human connection of having interest in the guest. Food was good, attentive service however just felt like it was a normal night out and not the dinner for our engagement celebration.
This place is a stunner of great service, food and ambience.. Piano Piano remains one of the most unpretentious and consistently ranked diners in Toronto. Ranked: 5
Wonderful experience! Service and food were exceptional. I will definitely return. I guess my only hesitant comment is the price of a 5oz glass of wine was a little high. But everything else was superb!
They didn’t live up to their reputation for me. Two portions of ravioli for 28$ (regardless of them being a bit bigger) is insane. Our table was tucked away in a corner where we had to flag down our server (mind you, who was very nice) many times. Ultimately, not worth the hype.
