My husband and I went to Scaccia on a Wednesday night for my husband's birthday. I must say that our host, Fernando, was top notch. We really loved the service he provided us. We enjoyed the food, our best compliments to the chefs. And I really appreciated when they sang the happy birthday song to my husband as an extra. The atmosphere was really nice. A good Italian music, but you can still talk through it. We will definitely come back again.
Every time we go here it is an excellent experience. The food is great, the service exceptional and the atmosphere relaxing. A hidden gem that everyone should go to.
Purchased 2 sandwiches here today (one veal and one chef special). There was a hair (dirty blonde?)in the second half of the veal sandwich. Mentioned this to the server, who seemed unconcerned because I didn't keep it to show him. Another older gentleman was also listening, but seemed uninterested. This used to be a great place in the past, but now I'm recommending Eataly next door to it, or Pala 168 in Cumberland Street.
Honestly the best pasta I have ever had. It was made fresh and hot. The resturant was very clean and the atmosphere was amazing. Staff and service was phenomenal.
First visit to this little gem of a restaurant on Mothers day weekend. Had the Mista salad. It was the most well balanced and delicious salad I've ever had. The greens were nicely layered and the roasted sweet peppers were nicely arranged. The cherry tomatoes, field tomato cubes and cucumber were in lovely bite size pieces. The balsamic vinegarette was lovely. The menu offers more than just salad such as pastas and risotto.Atmosphere was so exceptional that you wouldn't think you were in a retail mall. Our server was excellent. I am looking forward to dining there again.
One of the best meals ever, some of the best service ever (thank you Fernando!), amazing find that we almost missed in the bustle of Manulife Centre! Very easy recommendation.
We had an incredible experience at Scaccia Restaurant in Toronto! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The food was absolutely delicious! Each dish was perfectly prepared with fresh ingredients. The lasagna was rich and comforting, the pizza had a perfect crust and topped with fresh ingredients, and the spaghetti with shrimp was cooked to perfection with the shrimp tender and flavorful. Everything was so flavorful and well-presented. If you're looking for a great spot for authentic Italian cuisine, Scaccia is definitely worth a visit. We can't wait to go back!
