HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I have to say that I'm appalled at the treatment I received when I made my first purchase this past Saturday. I wanted to do something special for my mother-in-law, but I didn't foresee the necklace I bought, with 5 gems representing her grandchildren, her not working out. Nothing is sold in the store with tags but when you purchase them they put tags on. Which is weird in itself. All the gems had these white tags on them but the salesperson said she would take them off so I could present the necklace properly to my mother in law. I mean, who would want to receive a necklace with white tags all over it The necklace didn't work out because it was the wrong colour chain and frankly didn't sit right. I called first thing the next morning and explained the situation and the salesperson said not to worry and to come in next week when we could and we would sort it out. So I put it in the box and left it untouched for a couple of days until I could go in. It literally had been tried on and put in a box in less than 24 hours. We went into the store tried an alternate idea of a bracelet but the gems kept bunching. We looked around and we simple didn't find anything else. But because the tags were taken off by the sales person in the store before we boxed it up so I could present it to my mother-in-law without all the tags I was told we cannot get a refund, just a credit. This is the most ridiculous tag no return policy I have ever heard. Then they tell us that they're doing us a favour by letting us exchange something within 13 days. Otherwise, we're out of luck! And that's the BEST they can offer. In fact, they said they are going above and beyond for us. THIS IS ABOVE AND BEYOND?!?!? Not only do I not want anything from this store at this point, but I will never recommend your store and I will never purchase anything from you again and I will make sure that no one I know does as well! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced for a $1500 necklace that was tried on at home for the same amount of time that we would in the store. Put back in the box and told not to worry. All because of this B.S. tag policy!! This is utterly shameful and ridiculous. This is a horrible way to treat a first time customer but you can be sure it will be the last time for me and anyone else if I can help it.
Be very careful buying their thin rings with any diamonds/sapphires on them. I got the mini super nova ring and wore it 3 times and a prong broke. They fixed it free of charge but that broken prong (bottom right) area looks weird now because it is not exactly like the original. I bet it will break again. For a ring that was 650 after tax I am disappointed. Never again will I buy delicate looking jewelry from here.
I recently purchased a necklace from bluboho. I was very excited about it because I love the way their jewelry looks online. However, I am disappointed. The photo that they use to advertise the necklace has different proportions than the actual one. It's misleading enough that when I opened up my package, I was convinced they had sent me the wrong one. The customer service rep was very nice, but they are not allowing me to return it because I had it engraved and management has not offered any alternative solutions. I did emphasize that the photo could be misleading for others and that it should be addressed (especially considering how pricey their items are) but this concern was not addressed. I chose spend more to support small business/local, but it was not worth it.
Bluboho is the place to go if you want to treat yourself. I have always wanted to visit the store after admiring the jewelry online. The store was nothing less than magical - it's so beautiful and the girls (Grace and Cyanne) were so welcoming and kind. I came in looking for a signet ring but also wanted to try on other pieces. Grace was super sweet and let me try on tons of different rings. I was able to browse without feeling rushed - I truly had the best experience! If you're looking for dainty, beautiful, and meaningful pieces and the friendliest customer service, you won't be disappointed! I'm super excited for my new ring once it's back from engraving :)
Received the most wonderful customer service from Cyanne at the Yonge St location. Needed help accesorizing a new ear stack and she was great. Extremely friendly, very professional and super patient! Looking forward to coming in for an upgrade soon :)

I've been coming to Bluboho for years and I have to say that this has become one of my favourite places to be! the connectors and especially Cyanne just make you feel like you're walking in and seeing good friends. The atmosphere and decor is so wonderful and I can't say enough times how beautiful the jewelry is! I'm so happy to have completed my ring and earring stacks and I ALWAYS get compliments on my jewelry and asked where its from wherever I go! I don't think I can stop admiring my hand now that I'm all blinged out :) Thanks Bluboho!
