Suffice to say Elena recommended a gorgeous Tissot which he purchased. I visited European Boutique (Sherway Gardens) to purchase a strap for my Tissot PRX. They showed me a few options, and I found one I liked. However, when I asked to try it on my watch, things took a disappointing turn. The staff changed the strap in a completely unprofessional manner. During the process, they scratched my watch—something that should never happen if handled with proper care and tools. If they weren’t confident or equipped to do it properly, they should’ve simply said so instead of damaging a customer’s timepiece. Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of attention to detail. I expected more from a store that specializes in watches.
