The customer service was exceptional! A discount from the website wasn't honored, but I went ahead with my purchases anyway, because the price was already Fantastic. The team reached out to me PERSONALLY, to offer an additional piece free of cost, to honour the website discount. I got my package at exactly the estimated time too. And finally, I got a bracelet and two necklaces (rose gold and white gold) and the pieces are gorgeous and sturdy (I've bought pieces from elsewhere where the chain is too delicate and breaks within days). So far its 3 stars my order is already 1 week delayed after the normal 1-2 weeks shipping,and they havent even ship it yet, hopefully my order looks good so atleast. i know will be worth the wait.
