I am very sad with the customer service at this place. I’ve always wanted to purchase something from here and was so excited to finally get something for my wedding. My wedding band. Not even 4 years into purchasing my wedding band from here a diamond fell out, another diamond is chipped and 3 others are cracked. I took it in to get fixed and they said that specific designer wasn’t working with them any longer so they wouldn’t fix it, I would’ve had to pay another $1300 to get it fixed!! That was the cost of the actual ring! I took it into Peoples Jewellers to see if they would help me instead and they basically said that the diamonds were garbage and the ring was not made with good quality at all. I still haven’t been able to get it fixed. I’m very sad about this as this is my wedding band. Definitely will never be purchasing from this place again or recommending to anyone. On top of that I even bought my bridesmaids bracelets from here! Fully lost my respect.
The girls have always been lovely working inside the store. I got a ring engraved. Got a text that it was ready for pick up the website and Google says that they’re open till seven. I arrive right at 6 o’clock and a girl motions inside that they’re not open so a little frustratedI travelled a half hour across town for no reason.
My husbend and I visited the store. The design is beautiful — simple, comfortable, and absolutely charming! I purchased a necklace, and the sales associate seemed genuinely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I’m so excited to wear my new piece. wonderful shopping experience!
I purchased a necklace a year ago and it has since broken twice in the same place. I went in to get the 2nd repair- I was hoping this time it would be on the house, considering that it's fine jewelry and it should be made to last at the price point I bought it for. The lady working there handed me off to another lady from corporate, and talking to her really ruined my day. She wasn't able to provide a good enough reason as to why they couldn't comp the 2nd repair, and she had no skills to make the interaction a positive experience or process. I was told a) I'm not supposed to layer this necklace (?!) and b) I'm not supposed to shower in the necklace (?!). I walked out of that store knowing I would not buy from them again. Why would I spend so much money something that is meant to be special, only to be treated so half-assed by some blonde lady? No thank you.
Amazing customer service the workers there were so helpful and welcoming and made the experience so much fun!! The products are sooo beautiful and dainty. Every product is unique and each piece has its own story which is such a nice touch as it makes buying a piece so special. Also special shout out to ilnca, so helpful and she made my day!! 10 out of 10 recommend!
Amazing customer service, from us entering the door, with their mini chats explaining the detail and quality of their products, all the way to exit. The smiles on their faces is very welcoming. The honesty and customer care is topnotch! We left our shopping bag at this store and they kept it until we called the next day. We are super happy and pleased. Highly recommend to all families and friends.
My favourite jewellery store period. Every piece is superb quality. You can really appreciate the creative process behind the collections with the unique branding and thoughtful artisanal pieces. I can’t give enough praise. The ladies that front the store are very welcoming and really create a warm environment. I love that these ladies really enjoy their job! You don’t need a man or an engagement! You just need Bluboho! My sister and I bought one of a kind sister rings!
