Although my wife and I weren’t planning to make a purchase when we went to Yorkdale mall, we definitely contemplated on upgrading our wedding bands from Tiffany & Co. As we walked around, we went into essentially all jewelry boutiques such as Cartier, David Yurman, Van Cleef, Tiffany & Co (again), and finally… Bvlgari. To be absolutely honest, Bvlgari wasn’t a brand that popped up and added to the list during our exploration. We walked into Bvlgari without any prior appointments made and was warmly welcomed by Franco. He was very knowledgeable and patient, while we looked at each section trying on different pieces. We were quite impressed with the hospitality and he really built us the confidence in Bvlgari’s product quality. However, we weren’t exactly prepared to purchase new wedding bands that moment, which Franco kindly kept in touch with us for next two weeks. After further consideration, we decided to make the purchase! Although the product is great quality (I like the feel of heaviness in the product), I can confidently say Franco played the major part in building this connection. Purchasing luxury boutique products is not simply a sales transaction, it’s an experience. Most importantly, luxury is inclusive, genuine and natural. The interaction did not feel forced and less of being sold a product but finding an experience where we can turn that moment into a special memory. Happy to say, Franco did convert us into loyal Bvlgari clients!
I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Bvlgari. I booked an appointment a week in advance to ensure a smooth experience. The confirmation email stated that someone from the team would contact me prior to the appointment to confirm and prepare. I even took the time to write a note specifying what I was looking for and asked to have those items ready. Unfortunately, no one ever contacted me, and I didn’t receive any follow-up or confirmation. I showed up to the appointment expecting some level of preparation, but not only was no one ready for me, no one even apologized. The items I had requested in advance were not in stock either. I ended up going to Cartier instead, where I received excellent service and made my purchase there. I expected a lot more from a brand like Bvlgari.
I went to the store with my mother, and Nikita was our advisor. Nikita was super sweet and helped my mother try on different necklaces, and she was so patient and knowledgeable when answering all our questions. Nikita was even kind enough to offer me some advice on life and work, going above and beyond with her service. We had a lovely time overall, and my mother really liked the necklace she purchased. We’ll definitely recommend Nikita and the store to all our friends. Thank you, Nikita!
Fantastic service! I was having such a bad day after leaving the Omega boutique where I was practically profiled as a thief when I walked in to BVLGARI boutique to take a look at the Octo Finissimo. Frankly, I wasn't too sure about considering this watch for purchase because it is so distinct and odd for my traditional horology eyes. But a lady named Callista who worked at the stored was so helpful and enthusiastic that this watch is now on my shortlist. Her amazing service really brightened my day and made the watch itself more appealing to me. It is incredible how effective great service can be and I expect to be coming back to this specific boutique to buy an Octo Finissimo from Callista if I end up picking this watch over the other options.
Min has been exceptional to work with at the Bulgari boutique at Yorkdale. As I was contemplating purchasing the Bulgari Octo Finissimo, she was able to provide me with feedback that was incredibly insightful, respectful, and helpful. Admittedly, there were some minor hiccups with the purchase, yet Min was extremely empathetic and attentive as she resolve the issues for me. Long story short, I am very happy with my purchase. I also would like to thank Aarrynne for the generosity of her time introducing me to the brand.
