I had a awesome experience here when buying an engagement ring for my fiancee. The staff were so friendly, offered great advice and were able to accommodate a tight deadline to have a beautiful custom-designed ring (which my wife-to-be loved) ready for my planned proposal date. We didn't hesitate to go back there when it came time to buy our wedding rings and, again, the level of customer service was fantastic. After selecting our rings, the owner even gave us a behind-the-scenes tour of the shop, showing us how they design and make the rings. I can't recommend Fair Trade Jewellery Co highly enough.
