Left my watch for a battery change, when I went to pick up my watch, the back of the watch was scratched! When I pointed it out they informed me that it must’ve been the watchmaker when changing the battery and that the most they could do is not to charge me the $15.00 that it cost to change a battery. Not a pleasant experience!!
F*** this place. Seriously. My husband and I got our wedding bands here, they didn’t size my band properly and the old lady behind the counter refused to make it bigger because she insisted that it would fall off my finger. She then had the audacity to try to sell me a second band, stating that mine didn’t fit because the band was too thin. A year later and I still don’t wear my wedding ring because it gets stuck on my finger. Eventually I will get it resized elsewhere. Also had my engagement ring cleaned here and it came back cloudy. Don’t think you’re saving money either their “big sale” never ends. Everything is always “40-50%” off, it’s a scam.
These people are crooks. Their "boxing day sale" is a scam, they mark up the old price claiming a very high original price making you think it's on sale, really you're paying more than you should be in the first place, there is no "sale". They do a lot of fast talking, pressure you into buying and prey on people who don't know enough about jewelry and they are happy doing it.
