I brought my broken Cartier bracelet to Kilani and they were able to repair and restore it perfectly! They explained in detail the extensive work involved. Cartier Boutique Jewellers were not able to help me and I was referred by previous customers to Kilani. Everyone at Kilani welcomed me and guaranteed that they would repair my bracelet. They did it!! Not happy with my experience dealing with these guys , they straight up make up prices and charge what they want based off of who you are as a person and what type of fame/status you have... i was quoated a set price and after my custom was ready he wanted 2k more for no reason... i had to screenshot his own words and remind him what we agreed on.... if you aren't a big name dont waste your time here. Bought a pendant and chain that I got quoted for from another jeweler for half the price of what I paid with higher karat gold and heavier in weight also .... not to mention i orginally asked for my pendant to be made from 18k white gold but i got 10k in the end with a premium price lol these guys have no integrity or honesty and love to just take advantage of people who don't know any better, , extreme scammer type of vibes, they just lead you on like "habibii this habibi that " all bunch of finesse talk... if you know nothing about jewelry then this is the place for you for sure, best part of it all is if you buy a chain from them you cannot trade up and Pay the difference, basically gotta take the loss and buy a complete new one is what I was told, to think somebody who makes millions off of finessing people they would have more integrity. Save your money.
I went to this store today to upgrade my two chains to a thicker chain. Before going to the store, I called on the phone where one on the person who called answered the and I asked if I can upgrade my chain and pay the difference for the chain as I bought it a a few months back. He said, yes brother, come in any time we got you... So I came in, and the representative told me I cant upgrade my chain, and they will only give me credit for the scrap value of the chain which is 260 for both, where I paid close to a $1000.00 for both chains. My problem was that when i called the person on the phone didn't tell me about this at all. Commuted 3 hours for nothing, absolutely nothing. I was lied to and this isn't the right way to treat customers even though they are not the big customers. I was lied to, and wasted my time for nothing. Also, the second chain I has broke (broke the day I got it - which talks about the poor quality of the chain) and the person helping me out said he will replace, no problem. When I took a closer look at the chain, it wasn't replaced, it was just melted on to the ring where it broke, where it looks very ugly. He also lied to me about replacing the chain, where he didn't. I didn't noticed till I got home and checked it out. I was lied to twice by this company and will never recommend this place for anyone at all.
If you dont know anything about jewellery or prices this the place for you. They talk about " Torono Max" claiming they invented it, well yea you invented that name , but the actual name of the setting is called "FLOWERSETTING".....every jeweller has been doing for years!!! If you want proper jewellery there is plenty of other options for a much better price.
Had a great first experience shopping at Kilani. I'm an American customer who had been following their social media for awhile and reached out in regards to purchasing a pendant. I primarily interacted with Farah, who couldn't have been nicer throughout the process. Everyone else I spoke to was equally warm and congenial, and the positive buying experience was stands out in an industry notorious for its haughtiness. The pendant was shipped out immediately upon my paying for it and arrived within 1-2 business days. As to the pendant itself, the quality is exquisite. It's obvious that no aspect of the piece was overlooked in terms of incredible attention to detail, quality, etc. It's really a piece of wearable art, not just a fashion accessory. The combination of excellent, friendly customer service and second to none quality have won me over as a loyal customer. Looking forward to shopping at Kilani again!
