I decided to go custom and their attention to detail and my request were perfect. Could not have asked for anything better.
From the very first time I walked in, to the day I left with my engagement ring the staff there provided nothing but the best customer service. There are many other independent or big box stores in the downtown area but the service here was outstanding. Even when I needed a rush order on the custom ring they designed Erica and Jeff managed to pull through and have it delivered on time. Craftsmanship, diamond selection and exceptional customer service are all A+ .
