When we went on a trip to that area a few months ago, I stumbled upon the store by chance, and it had such beautiful items, absolutely unique—special stones, special colors, special designs—so much so that I followed their Instagram on the spot and took their business card. A couple of days ago, when it was my dear friend’s birthday, I drove from North York to downtown to shop at that store, and Ryan, the sales associate, was incredibly friendly, patient, and polite, which made the whole shopping experience great. I’m definitely going to go back multiple times, either for myself or for gifts for my loved ones. The quality is top-notch, the stones are unique, the designs are amazing, and I highly recommend that if you want to get a special gift for someone special, you definitely check out this store.

I bought a ring in July that was supposedly a stone but it fell from my makeup table and got chipped in September. I contacted the seller and he said they will replace the "stone" but I have to pay for the "stone". I agreed but everytime I contacted to see if there's an update, they said the shipment hasn't arrived to Canada.... since Sept 2020 til now (March 2021).
