I’m really disappointed. I’ve had this bracelet for less than a year and I’m very careful with it. I never wear it in the shower, never swim with it, and always store it properly. Despite that, it has tarnished really badly. For the price and the hype around Lisa Gozlan jewelry, I expected better quality. Unfortunately, it’s just not worth it. I really wanted to love this piece, but the wear and discolouration happened way too fast.
My bracelet turned my wrist green. I take great care of my jewelry and have never had a $150 bracelet be so disappointing. I reached out to the customer service team and was offered a 10% off coupon because my bracelet wasn’t within their warranty period. Over ONE HUNDRED dollars for basically an Amazon product. Beautiful products, terrible quality and customer service.
I too have purchased a few of these bracelets and find it very disappointing how they tarnish. I don’t see any replies from LG so o wondering if this issue is fixable
I had my 2nd in-store experience today at the Yorkdale mall and I’m sad to say I will not be going back to that particular store. I went in today after driving 1.5hours from Muskoka area to purchase my 5th bracelet. I fortunately have never had an issue with any of my bracelets besides one that I purchased that was a size too big - I emailed customer service and they were wonderful and advised me to go to one of the LG stores which I did (in Yorkdale) - and had a decent experience. Unfortunately today was something I’d prefer to never experience again, especially driving almost 2 hours for this. Moving forward I will only purchase online. On a positive - I love the bracelets and cannot wait to purchase my 6th one.
I was gifted a gorgeous smiley bracelet and loved it. It tarnished within the first month and now looks terrible. I live around the corner and have popped into the store a few times to see what’s new and if there are any items in sterling or gold that would actually last but was treated poorly by the girls working who had an attitude as if I was interrupting or inconveniencing them by walking in the store. I felt so unwelcome I no longer go in when I walk by and I’d never ever recommend anyone purchase their jewelry, especially the expensive/overpriced plated items as they will turn into trash very quickly.
