I had a pretty great experience at lovisa yesterday. The store was very well organized and finding the best gift wasn't hard at all. I was looking for a birthday gift and one of the employees gave me some great suggestions and even warp it and put it in a nice bag too! I'll definitely come back to this place.
I’ve given the Lovisa location at Lime Ridge Mall more than a few chances, and unfortunately, I’ve walked away disappointed most times. The store layout feels overwhelming and disorganized—nothing seems to have a clear place. It’s very much a “search and find” experience, where you’re left to rummage through displays to locate what you need. For example, if you find a necklace in gold and want the same one in silver, don’t expect it to be nearby—you’ll likely have to search the opposite side of the store. The ring sizing system is also confusing, using vague labels like “small,” “medium,” and “medium-large” instead of standard numerical sizes. On top of that, they apparently don’t offer physical receipts and require your email to send one digitally. I don’t necessarily mind that, but my email is long and kind of a pain to repeat at the cash—at that point, I’d rather just give my phone number or get a printed copy. The jewelry itself is trendy and visually appealing, but the quality doesn’t quite match the price. Several rings I’ve purchased have tarnished, even after being told by staff that they wouldn’t. If you’re looking for higher-quality jewelry, there are definitely other places that offer that—even if you pay a bit more, you’re paying for durability and peace of mind.
