I ordered my wedding band online nearly a month ago. The shipping date came and went. After contacting customer service (who are very difficult to get ahold of), I was told the new ship date would be Dec 17. That day has come and gone, as if planning a wedding isn't stressful enough. I've recieved countless marketing emails from them in the meantime about orders arriving by Christmas. They'll gladly take your $ and then leave you wondering if you'll ever get your order.
Mejuri replaced my 14k gold wedding gift with a lower-quality 10k product under warranty. My husband purchased Mejuri’s 14k gold Bold Huggies for me as part of our wedding gift, so this piece had significant sentimental value. During normal wear, the clasp on one earring failed while I was walking in a crowded area. I did not pull on it or mishandle it, in fact I did not touch the earring when it fell off. The earring fell off due to clasp failure and was lost. Mejuri honoured their 2-year warranty but still tried to say I'm at fault because I lost the broken earring. As part of the warranty process, Mejuri required me to mail back my remaining 14k gold earring with the understanding that it would be replaced. Because the earrings were temporarily out of stock, they issued store credit so I could repurchase them once available. When the earrings came back in stock, they had been quietly downgraded from 14k gold to 10k gold and were being sold for the same price. This means that after surrendering remaining my original 14k gold earring, my only replacement option is a lower-quality product. A warranty should replace an item with equivalent quality and value. Replacing 14k gold with 10k gold at the same price does not meet that standard and feels misleading. If you are purchasing Mejuri expecting fine jewelry quality and meaningful warranty protection, I recommend being cautious. This experience has significantly changed my trust in the brand and I won't be purchasing from them again.
Bought something to be shipped. Was told to sit in the lobby afterwards. Waited for 20 mins before asking someone. They told me I was good to go and said I could leave. Also, upon entering, the representatives told us everything was 30% off. Only to find out later that everything was up to 30% off, which makes a big difference.

Went to the Ossington location. I live in the neighbourhood so I go to browse frequently. This time, I was shopping for a retirement gift. I was offered help by a young man and while he was helpful, he also seemed rushed to serve, or gain other customers attention. Perhaps he was trying to make a higher commission? I also wanted to get, or buy, an extending piece for a necklace I had received as a gift but they were out of stock. The salesman noticed I wasn’t on their customer/subscriber’s list and he enrolled me there. I wished he would have informed me more about their program, products, etc. I still bought a very beautiful piece and I am grateful.
I got an ear piercing done and the gentleman was super nice and efficient. He took the time to walk me through each step and answered all my questions. The room and materials were very clean. Great experience. Thanks so much!
