We first stumbled upon Melanie Auld during OssFest, and my partner and I were so excited to win rings. The rings were of great quality, didn’t tarnish, and we received several compliments on our rings. We were really sad when my partner lost his ring. I happened to drop by the store and spoke with Arra, a sales associate, who said that those rings were not in stock because they were from an old collection, but they would look around. A few days later, I received a call, and Arra had found one! We were so thrilled and happy with the exceptional service at Melanie Auld. We will consider purchasing pieces in the future, given the great experience with their service and pieces.
My girlfriend and I got bracelets welded literally didn't even last 24 hours had it not fallen off at home I would have lost it and all They said wad sorry come back in to get it fixed. This is super inconvenient especially since I live out of the city and waste of my time. Really unhappy with my experience.
We brought our 8 year old daughter here to have her ears pierced, and it was honestly a fabulous experience. Really kind and compassionate staff who made her feel comfortable and safe, and the piercing itself went very smoothly. Not one tear was shed! Kayla went above and beyond to put everyone at ease and explain the entire process, along with follow-up care. Couldn't have asked for anything better. My daughter LOVES her newly pierced ears. It's been two weeks now and we've had zero problems. Thank you!
The staff here is so great! I went with my cousin to get welded bracelets and she had an issue with her welded bracelet afterwards. The Melanie Auld team went above and beyond to help us fix the problem. Thank you! Also, the jewelry variety they have is awesome too! Love their stuff!
An absolute gem of a store (no pun intended)! The staff are always so lovely and helpful. I got a bracelet welded a year ago and it’s lasted perfectly and I absolutely love it! I also came in the summer with my cousin and the staff were so wonderful helping her pick out a necklace and some charms to suit her! I just popped in to get a simple gold chain and also adore it! I’d recommend this wonderful spot to anyone looking for some classic high-quality jewelry!
Had the most amazing experience here on Thursday April 14th, 2023. My friend and I went to get welded bracelets together and the inside was beautiful, the woman who welded our bracelets was friendly and professional and the manager was extremely helpful with her service. 10/10 we loved everything.
