I just got this fixed. I paid a lot of money for this bracelet. I just picked it up for repair which I paid. I suggest no one buy from this company. I paid $500.00 dollars for this. I paid $30.00 for repair. I have worn this 3 times. I give up. Deal with a reputable jeweler. Not this shit.
The jewelry pieces are truly beautiful, and Melika's service was truly wonderful. I have recommended this store to family and friends. My daughter is delighted with her jewelry, and so am I.
When I first got the ring I was ecstatic. The worker Naba or bahar (not too sure of her name) was of great help. A few weeks later I started to see the stones fall out ( mind you I try to not wear this ring everyday) and went back to get it fixed/ they gave me the wrong ring size. They then charges me with $39 but because I was desperate I let it go. I got my ring back within 3 weeks and once I got it back just in couple days my stones started to fall out again but much more than the first time it was like about 6-7 stones. I went back and the lady charged me $79ish saying that this time she will put a note on it for the workers to make sure they do it right etc etc and told me that her co worker last time under charged me when she wasn’t supposed to. Side note: the first time they got my ring size wrong and the stones were falling out. I am now currently on my third time going back to this place hoping to get a refund of some sort or something to compensate me for this headache but will give and update. Side note: this time my ring has 4 missing stones and it bends easily and it is becoming rusty and it has only been 1 month 1/2
One of my worst experiences of a jewelry store. I bought earrings. At Dufferin mall and the worker lied about the product and with in a few days the one Earring was damaged the worker also used pliers to bend the earring. She sold us saying its real gold and I paid extra was treat poorly by the employee and manager. They were not willing to help at all would not listen to reason. I am not happy at all and I wanted my full refund. Also the earrings are at the store because they are damaged. Emailed the head office. No reply. Even the manager disrespected my wife and I.|
I had a problem with my ring size. The store manager and Melika gave me very good service and they found a good design and a good solution for me. Melika was very friendly and approached my situation very professionally. Thank you!
