⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to update my experience with Peoples Jewellery and give special recognition to **Maria, the store assistant manager**. There was initially an issue with a promotional code that didn’t apply as expected, which was frustrating. However, Maria went out of her way to help. She personally got on the phone with customer service, took ownership of the situation, and ensured that the **$50 refund was processed**. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to advocate for the customer completely changed the experience. This is exactly the kind of service that builds trust and loyalty. Thank you, Maria, for your help and for making things right. It was truly appreciated.
Horrible service. Horrible variety. Extremely inflated prices. Lousy selection. They're experiencing the slowest Xmas season sales and yet they don't answer calls They are always dead and they don't answer calls. What a big joke. .
Very disappointed with my experience at Peoples Jewellers. I purchased multiple pieces of jewelry, and all of them ended up having issues. One bracelet has ripped three times already, and I’ve almost lost it completely. Another piece had diamonds fall out unexpectedly with barely any use. For the price and supposed quality, this is completely unacceptable. I expected much better craftsmanship and durability. Would not recommend and will never buy there again!!!
Centre Point Mall Store assistance manager, Barbara, and Sales person, Ella, were excellent in help us to choose the right gift for my wife. They stayed little more than the closing time to let us buy the perfect gift for my wife, 18k bracelet. We are so happy with the service that we will most likely to return to the same store for future gifts.
I've been at Peoples Jewellers at CenterPoint Mall on Thursday, May 8, 2025, to adjust my daughter's watch. Oksana was helping us. She was great at providing service and fixing the watch's wristband. She also helped us buy a warranty and a little gift for Mother's Day. She is so professional, kind, and helpful, with a great attitude and excellent customer service. I would like to thank her for helping us.
