Ciara did my teen's second lobe piercing and was excellent - clear instructions, kind, thorough about placement and an overall good experience for my nervous daughter.
Had two lobe piercings done in the same ear by Ciara today. She took the time to make sure they lined up perfectly with my existing 2 lobe piercings, and it looks fantastic! I couldn’t be happier with how sweet and professional she was, and the kind lady that rung me up was also so amazing! Thank you team Pilgrim!!
I got my second lobes pierced by Cierra a few weeks back for my birthday, she was very attentive and precise about it it was amazing and didn’t hurt at all mines have almost completely healed
Had a great time getting pierced by Alexis a few months back! Super friendly and kind, welcoming esp. since it was my first piercing, she was super attentive to the experience and i had a lot of fun!
I got my ears pierced with my brother and Ciara went above and beyond for us!! Carefully making sure the placement was correct and that we were comfortable. Definitely coming back again!! This was also our first choice because it’s the only place in the Eaton Centre that pierces using needles instead of that dreaded gun <3

Aditi remembered my name and welcomed me to the store, she also acknowledged what went wrong as she had witnessed it and assured me that the accountable individual has been dealt with, she apologised on behalf of the team as well. I ordered another pair of earrings, so when it was ready for pickup Chiara called me and acknowledged the situation that had occured once again and encouraged me to drop by the store more often. I am happy and grateful to the rest of the team for taking prompt action on this matter, and treating it with as much seriousness as it needed. :) My experience in the store began with Chiara who did my helix piercings & she was so warm and welcoming that I kept going back to the store to meet her or to get my piercing checked from time to time. They have one associate in particular, unfortunately I could not get her name, but I can describe her- short, white, dark hair, in her middle/late 30s. She is just RUDE & ENTITLED, in simple words. A few days back, I went to the store again to check out new products and offers, I was checking out one of their chakra pendants and then I was keeping it back. She ran towards me saying “Oh God!” and snapped at me while taking the pendant out of my hands saying that “These are expensive items, if anything happens to them it would be a problem, if you need any help just ask us”. She said all of this while another associate was already there helping me. This was said in the most entitled, racist, and rude tone ever! I work in retail too, and that tone is unacceptable for whoever the customer may be, let alone a regular customer like myself. At first I thought that I would let it pass, but she was too offensive, so I told her how that is not the way to behave with customers especially regular customers. She did not have to remind me that the pendant ($48) is expensive with the assumption that I did not know that it were expensive or in a condescending tone prompting that it was beyond my affordability. I spent $79+ in that store just for a piercing, minus all other accesories I bought from there.
I was completely impressed with their customer service! I love the collections, especially the price point are more reasonable compare to M*****. All the girls are super nice, I was helped by Kayla and found lovely necklace, definitely will come back again.
