They were very patient throughout the process as I had no idea about the specifications about the diamond/gold material I wanted and explained everything in such detail. Alpa kept in touch throughout the designing process and made sure each detail was exactly how I wanted it to be. I couldn't be happier with my ring. Absolutely loved working with Randor and Alpa. They are patient and pay attention to details. We worked virtually through out the process during COVID and without hesitation I can say it was a painless experience. The team is great at responding and catering to the needs of the clients. We had custom rings made and it was a wonderful experience. The rings turned out to be exactly what we wanted and have received tons of compliments on how beautiful it is as well!
