Amazing staff and amazing service. Their prices can't be beat. My dad has bought all of his jewellery from here including exclusive pieces from Piaget and Rolex's, as well as some custom made pieces. I came here the other day to buy a Rolex for my fiance and Anna was extremely helpful. I highly recommend dealing with her. It has always been a pleasure coming here.
Went there to have a look at different brands and they offer crazy discount on pieces if you show interest which takes away all the brand image and makes you wonder why they would offer such discount. Desperately trying to push and close for a sale. are there watches refurbished? Some friends of mine have bought their watches there and they had nothing but problems with it.The worst part is if you pay cash, they go even lower. Which makes me wonder how shady their business is and more worrying. The knowledge of the brands they sell is extremely low and they try to lie to you about availability and information to close a sale.Will definitely not buy a luxury watch from that store and if you do intend to buy a watch, consider buying from a brand directly instead of them. You might pay slightly more but you will know for sure that your watch is handled by professionals and that there won't be any problems with it.
