Walked in this past weekend with my son hoping to buy some gifts for my wife. Three staff members in the store and barely acknowledged us, even when my son said hello and asked to see a bracelet. They seemed more interested in talking to each other. Maybe we are not their target demographic. At least one of the staff said goodbye as we left. Perhaps they were happy to see us leave. Don't give your money to indifferent and unfriendly people. There is a better jeweler just up the street who helped us.
I got custom engraved charms and am so happy with how they turned out! The staff member was knowledgeable and helped me through the process to make sure they turned out exactly as I pictured them. Thank you!
I looovveeeee this store. The sales staff are so kind and helpful, and the jewellery is so beautiful and great quality. It is dangerous to live so close though - I want to buy everything in there!!!
I rarely leave an unsatisfactory review however my recent experience is very disappointing and the way it was handle is unacceptable. I ordered 2 bracelets and 1 necklace as bday gifts for my friend from the website. One of my ordered bracelet came in the incorrect colorway. I took a photo of the item and wrote them an email immediately after opening the package. The customer service responded that they are not able to verify my sent photo and provided the return label to return the item. I believe an apology is needed in the respond however nothing was mentioned. In addition, there is a defect on the corrected item that was sent, which is even more frustrating. And the quality is really cheap, not even worth the money. On the other hand, I noted the items are gifts and thought a more thorough packaging would to be done.
Such a sweet shop, with a cozy feel, really great pieces, and not just jewelry! The women are really helpful and its one of my favorite spots to buy gifts. All different price points, which is amazing, depending in who you are shopping for you can always find something.
On may way to scollard st walked through Yorkville& Cumberland Trace but most of the story closing & people have time& shop on line due to covid_19 situation......
Came into the store today by chance. I was pleased with the selection of cute bracelets, necklaces, and rings. Prices were reasonable for the style and quality of jewellery. Some of the jewellery seems quite delicate though, but still has a nice design. I got some adorable stud earrings. The service was friendly as well. It would be nice if the brand would consider carrying all of their rings and bracelets in bigger sizes. From what I was told some rings went up to size 10, but not all. Bracelets are all one size (of varying lengths) and some do not fit a bigger wrist. Perhaps a bracelet extender of some kind could be made? Bigger girls like to wear cute jewellery too.
