“I visited the store on 8th December, 2025 at 7:30PM to return an item I had purchased online, and unfortunately my experience was quite negative. The staff member at the front(Asian wearing Hijab) treated me very poorly, and I felt judged based on my appearance, as I was wearing baggy clothes that day. It was disappointing to be spoken to in that manner especially at a brand like Swarovski(not even a luxury brand to be precise), where customer service should be a priority regardless of what someone is wearing. People may forget what jewelry you wore or what outfit you wore, but they always remember how they were treated. I genuinely hope this employee has the chance to reflect on this, and understands the impact of treating customers with kindness and respect. I am not going to buy any Swarovski product again in my life.
This is by far the most racist and unprofessional Swarovski store I have ever stepped into. Yes, the store was busy — I get that. But the tall lady with the golden glasses made the whole experience unbearable. She clearly saw someone from her own religion and decided that chatting with them was more important than doing her actual job. I called her twice, waited patiently, and she still had the audacity to make faces at me like I was disturbing her. The way she looked at me genuinely felt like she was questioning why I was even there if I “wasn’t going to buy anything.” I left the earrings I wanted and went to check rings instead. Guess what? Same thing again. She kept talking, ignored me, and I stood there for 10 minutes like an idiot waiting for her to show up. She didn’t. I walked out. I came in planning to buy a necklace, ring, and earrings — real business. Instead, because of her racist attitude and disgusting behavior, I took my money somewhere else. And trust me, I already own multiple Swarovski pieces, so it’s not like I’m new to this brand. Swarovski, if you’re reading this: train your staff better. Or at least make sure the people representing your brand don't treat customers like they’re invisible.
Worst customer service ever. The cookie shop nearby does even a better job than you guys. It happened twice when I went to pick up, not just once. What a ridiculous representation for a brand that considers themself as “premium” brand!
My boyfriend went there to pickup my birthday gift . It was around 6:30 and they close around 7 on sunday. He said he also had similar experience. There was an white european lady middle aged,She looked very annoyed and showed attitude to him because he went before closing to pickup. Mind you it was half an hour early and it was just a pick up. Either way she also didn’t even bother to give him a swarovski ribbon that i usually get with my purchase. The last time i went the service was good. Swarovski is a brand not mcdonalds that they show attitude and don’t do their Customer Service right.
Really terrible customer service. Reading the other reviews I can tell that I wasn't the only one who had such a bad experience going here specifically with the asian girl that works there. She was really rude and felt humiliating to shop there tbh. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this location, especially if she is working.
honestly were very judgmental, i was wear a baggy clothes and they dont help you or anything and have an attitude, i came in the next day wearing formal and the same people came to try help me , a man that looks asian and wearing glasses and there was a lady also with black hair and looked asian also, the 2 were extremely rude when i would ask for help, the people in fariview were so helpful mucj better than scarborough
After a bad experience at the eaton centre location , I decided to try this store and the customer service from staff was amazing. The staff here are completely different than the eaton location and very helpful!
