I had a terrible experience today; my boyfriend bought me a watch online (because we looked in the store and they didn't have that model) When I arrived no one made me feel welcome I felt uncomfortable; the person who attended me the manager) to my surprise was rude and it seemed that she was in a hurry; I refused left the store with the shipping carton and I asked her to provide me a bag to feel that I had spent my almost $500 dollars in the prestigious brand unfortunately I am disappointed to see the Poor Customer Service Skills .I will not shop at this store again.
This location seems to have rude employees. I came in to pick up an online order and I went straight to the register. There was an employee packaging something. She looked up at me and just walked always to give the package to someone. I understand you're already in the middle of something but the correct action is to say "hello, someone will be with you in a second" and then walk away. I had to scope out someone else who was nice. She had to call a manager or something from the back to help her and the manager came out, glanced at me and didn't say a word. Seems the store needs training on how to say HELLO when a customer is in front of them (I promise its the most basic rule or customer service). I didnt even feel comfortable asking if they had something else in stock at that point. I have to go pick up a second package when it arrives and I'm not looking forward to it.
My husband and I had a very disappointing experience. The sales staff named Gazal was very rude and impolite to my husband. We were there to return one of the jewellery purchased 2 days ago. Her tone was very rude and she just snapped us oh,it can't be done. We had everything with us, receipt, boxes and all .she said you don't have a small hard paper that was put behind the necklace. And it was just a piece of paper. On that basis she refused to accept the jewellery. We requested her we got everything.the jewellery is not damaged, not misplaced or got receipt.but she just ignored us. I have decided I would never shop from Swarovski jewellery. Gazal needs proper customers management training.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Swarovski Eaton Centre on Nov 23 at around 4 PM. I came in with a tangled Swarovski necklace, and a gentleman was kindly trying to help me. Before he even looked at it, a sales associate named Tina approached us with a cold, dismissive attitude. She told us the staff were busy and gave us a look that made my friend and me feel completely unwelcome. The gentleman tried to explain that she had a difficult customer earlier, but that is not an excuse for unprofessional behaviour. We left the store feeling disrespected and shocked that a well-known brand like Swarovski would allow this kind of treatment toward customers. This experience has completely changed how I view this location. I hope management addresses this issue, because no customer should be treated this way.
Worst experience at a jewelry store and the most rude staff. Was misinformed by a SA that a necklace I purchased for my wife right before a 2-week trip could be extended by purchasing additional links. Turns out they don't make said links for that necklace... Came to return on the 15th day as soon as I got back, and no one was willing to help. Got forced into making an exchange for products my wife also doesn't really want. Will never be shopping at Swarovski again.
I came in today to resize a watch I got for my wife. I start talking to this one lady, initially she seemed kind when she greeted me, but before I could even ask for her help, while I was going into my pockets to grab the watch and receipt she abruptly turns away and storms off mid conversation. I was mid sentence too, she just starts ignoring me and walks away with all this attitude. I did receive help for the watch but the interaction with that women was so weird. I felt weird about it the entire day I came back to ask for her name, Gozal. I understand having bad days at work but don’t greet me and then storm off mid conversation.
The staff at this store is outstanding, and not only with their store service, but customer service agent Itee even went to another store in the Eaton Centre, when I was calling from NB and couldn't reach them and asked them to call me regarding an order. This store and staff are AMAZING!!
