he told it will take 5 minutes. But it fakes almost 30 minutes for a door dash order.Not even using hand gloves using phone and calling someone how to pack food. Very slow service.
I came here for lunch since the shawarma spot across from them was closed and I was not disappointed! I got a steak bowl with cilantro lime sauce and everything was so fresh and flavourful! The employee working there was kind and smiley. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone in the area looking for a quick and healthy meal
The quality of the food was extremely poor — lacking flavour, freshness, and basic presentation. As a customer, I was very disappointed. In addition, I witnessed the owners speaking to their staff in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. It created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere for customers and employees alike. This is not a place I would recommend.
As a customer, I was honestly shocked by how the owners treat their employees. I’ve witnessed staff being spoken to in a rude and disrespectful way right in front of customers. The atmosphere feels tense because the employees are clearly not treated well, and it makes the whole experience uncomfortable. It’s disappointing to see management behaving this way. Employees deserve respect and professionalism, and I hope the owners seriously improve the way they speak to and treat their staff.
This is the best burrito shop in the area ! The daily deals with a canned drink are amazing and offer something for everyone (I particularly love the Thursday spicy habanero chicken!). Great price and excellent service and quality burritos. Prompt and courteous service as well! Will be back again soon.
This is one of the worst restaurants in Canada. There’s absolutely no cleanliness, and every time I visit, there’s only one person working. Because of that, you have to wait a very long time for everything. I’ve even seen people walk out because of the poor hygiene and the long waiting times. Totally disappointing and not recommended.
We live in the building just above this location, and have been going here since it opened. We've probably ordered from here more than 50 times, and the quality is just not the same anymore. Similar to what another reviewer had said, the portion and ingredients are so inconsistent. The last time we ordered, the box was literally just half full, and also missing sauce and one of the ingredients. Sometimes we'd find bits of cheese in one of our orders when my partner is vegan. 50% of the time, the salsa is missing. 50% of the time when we order pickup through an app, when we go down to pick up the order, it hasn't even been made yet because the order was lost or forgotten. This place used to be our favourite and was so convenient, but it's getting harder and harder to justify ordering from here. We'd rather spend more and/or go farther to somewhere else at this point. Update: We gave it another go and it just keeps getting worse. For our last order, we got a small bowl instead of the large ordered, one of the ingredients was missing, and got chips instead of the fries that we upgraded for. Guess the management really does not care.
