I love this restaurant so much. The portions are generous, the food is delicious, the shop items are unique and reasonably priced, and both the atmosphere inside and the staff are friendly, warm, and inviting. I've eaten here 3 days now this week alone and think this is officially my new go-to for lunch! I would post photos of my meal, but it was too delicious-looking to not be immediately devoured. 10/10 - will definitely eat here again. Probably tomorrow.
Delightful little spot. Feels like walking into a little shop in Mexico. Food was fresh and delicious and AFFORDABLE. Service with a smile, very friendly staff. They have 1$ tacos during the week. I was a loyal patron of Gus but I may have been converted.
My friends brought me here for the first time and there's more than one location. I felt like I was at a Mexican grocery store and they were serving up some bomb tacos. I got to try the brisket taco and it was packed with meat. I really liked how the food tasted homey and they also gave us free chips while we waited for our order (dont think they gave it to every order). Would recommend and come back.
Came here for a date night on a Friday night and it was a nice cozy little spot. Service: Our server was great and the service was excellent. Atmosphere: It's pretty cool to see all the decor and the different food related items you can purchase here. At least now I know where to get my chillies from. Food: Hubs and I shared the dishes. Fish taco: Yummy, flavourful. He's a big seafood fan and enjoyed this one. Beef taco: Unfortunately, they were out of brisket so we got the regular beef which was still delicious and worth the price. The quesabirria: 3 petit birria quesadillas. We loved this one especially for the flavourful birria and the cheese inside. So hearty and warm with so much flavour. We loved that you could pick what salsas and condiments you wanted, all of them were really tasty. We had a great time and would come back both for the food and service :).
Location is good except I’ve come multiple times on a Monday and it was closed. One time me and a pedestrian happened to be trying to go in at the same time and we were shocked to see it closed. Please list store hours and find some way to post if you’ll be closed for the day!!!!!
BEST PLACE TO EAT MEXICAN FOOD! This location has the best menu of authentic Mexican food. The service is fast and the personal is super friendly making your time there a great experience!!!! All prices are razonable, ONLY PLACE WITH TACOS OF 1 DOLLAR!!!
Amazing experience. We just tried it and the guy serving was super nice, it felt like we were in a grandma's house and she was cooking us fresh tacos. 30 bucks got me and my girlfriend 2 specialty tacos and 2, 1 dollar tacos each plus we were given free homemade chips and sauces. The Baja fish tacos were insanely good!
