Service is lovely and the atmosphere is super fun when it’s busy and people are singing karaoke. They have an awesome selection of drinks and they make them well. The food is good! If I had some suggestions I’d say: offer a salsa bar or salsa selection for those ordering tacos! I will definitely go back and enjoy again but… We ordered the Gringa with Birria, and it says on the menu “toasted to perfection” but the tortilla was not toasted/was totally soft and floppy. So I would order something different next time. But we have a wonderful visit and we will for sure be back!
The best mexican food and micheladas ever, I am Mexican and this place rocks. And the cherry of the pie is Obed, he is the best, he has the best attention, super friendly, thank you for everything!
I had high expectations for this place due to the reviews but unfortunately the pozole I ordered was underwhelming, veeery salty. The encebollado wasn’t great either, and the plantain chips they included were stale
Walked by after a show at the monarch tavern and decided to try- it was authentic and great service. I didnt love the shrimp ceviche- wish it was like raw white fish.
I would definitely will be coming back. The empanadas were delicious very cheesy. I had the me eaters and the portions were very generous. Same with el ceviche . The server was very friendly and helpful. The cocktails were massive and worth the price. Would recommend, the bulldog.
Visiting from NYC found this gem in the wall. By far the best Mexican food I had in a while . Everyone here working are very friendly as well. Awesome keep it up?
New Mexican spot in college! Truly great flavours, I would say better than most in Toronto. The portions are very generous. Definitely my new favourite Mexican restaurant in the area!
