Minhaj was very helpful and honest. I had a problem with one of my products I bought from the store. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem which turned out to be my charging cord and not the charging bank I purchased. I highly recommend visiting the store for a quick honest, reliable service.
Extremely disappointing experience with Amy Wireless. I brought my wife's Lenovo laptop here because it wasn’t charging. They diagnosed a damaged IC port and charged $146 for a port replacement. When I got the laptop back, it had a slight crack on the bottom panel and missing screws, damage that definitely wasn’t there before. They denied any responsibility. About five weeks later, the same charging issue came back. I contacted them again, and since it was time-sensitive, I was asked to visit their Mississauga branch for faster service. My wife traveled all the way from downtown to Mississauga, without a car mind you, expecting a quick resolution. There was no quick resolution, and they said they'll inspect. After 2 days, they told me it was again a faulty port and quoted another $146 for replacement, with a few days to resolve. When we questioned how a newly replaced port could fail in just over a month, they eventually offered to “discount” it to $70, which still makes no sense for something that should have been fixed properly the first time. At that point, I decided to just take my laptop back. When I arrived to collect it, I was told they didn’t have my charger, and I was even accused of never having dropped it off, until I confirmed directly with their repair technician that I had. They "forgot" to bring it from their repair store. I eventually got the charger back a week later, but the entire situation was handled very poorly. Coupled with the fact that they stopped responding to us on text. Overall, this has been a frustrating and time-consuming experience. I also noticed that many of the glowing reviews are fraudulent, and I was duped into coming here. Please beware of the ratings. It is not an accurate reflection as majority are from accounts with only one review, often connected to each other. If you’re considering Amy Wireless, proceed with caution. My experience suggests their repairs have no consistency, accountability is minimal, and competence is low. I would not trust them with my device, and learned a very hard lesson.

Had minhaj do my screen protector. Re did the screen for me as there was a bubble. Helpful. However no real standardized price. Did a good job and quick.
My wife accidentally cracked her pixel 7 screen. The team at Amy's wireless was able to repair it same day in a matter of hours. Reasonable price and good service.
The store keeper tried lying and scamming and charging me for parts that were not needed. He insisted many incorrect things. He was looking to charge me 250+ and my phone was able to be fixed for free.
