Disappointing experience. Came in for a Pixel 4A battery replacement. Took my phone, registered my IMEI number and Google now treats it like I have claimed the repair. Waited 3 weeks for no answer, came back to be told to wait another week. Finally, I was told it wasn't going to happen. No courtesy calls, NOTHING. And now it's on ME to get in touch with Google to fix a mess I should have avoided by coming here. Smiles and giggles are not enough, terrible service. Do better people. Not right.
I recently had a terrible experience with this Mobile Klinik. My Samsung S25 Ultra had been having camera hardware issues, and as Mobile Klinik is a Samsung authorized repair store I trusted that they would handle the repair with ease. It was a simple camera hardware replacement, and during the diagnostic the technician told me that once the parts arrive, the repair would only take around 4-5 hours. The parts ended up being on backorder and took almost a month to arrive, which on its own is fine, but when I called back to find a time to get the repair done I was told that due to some unidentified "system issue" the repair would now take 3 days. Once again, I didn't think much of it because circumstances change and maybe they got busier. This was the start of a two week long issue of me trying to find a time to come, them saying that either the technician wasn't there on that day or whatnot. I finally dropped my phone off on a Wednesday afternoon, with the promise that it would be ready for pickup on Friday by 6. I called them Friday afternoon to confirm that it would be ready that evening, and I was told that once again, for some unidentified system issue, the repair would take even longer to complete. The manager told me I wouldn't be able to pick it up until maybe Saturday, but 100% on Sunday. I was already frustrated at this point but decided to just wait it out. Sunday comes around, and based on my previous experience I obviously called them again at noon to make sure I could pick it up that day. Well, the person I spoke with ended up telling me that they replaced the parts but the phone was still having the same issue and that I should contact Samsung for a device replacement. I was upset at this obviously, but I didn't think that the phone still not working was their fault, so I asked if I could pick the phone up that day. And for some reason, even though the repair was done and I needed to contact Samsung directly, they STILL told me I might have to wait another day to pick it up. At this point, I was incredibly frustrated so I asked if there was any way I could come and just get it today and he finally agreed. Keep in mind, they've had my phone for 5 whole days at this point. A couple days later, I go to the Samsung Experience Store to ask about the device replacement and what they can do. They take my phone to be inspected by their own technician, and go on to tell me that although Mobile Klinik had my phone for 5 whole days, they hadn't even completed the repair and only ran a couple of tests. Not to mention, on the call I made to them Sunday before picking it up, I was told that the repair had been done. I am incredibly upset and frustrated over the level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication over this whole ordeal. The fact that I had to be the one to call to ask for updates, go without my phone for almost a week as a student, and then be lied to about the completion of the service is honestly just ridiculous. I hope they do better. TDLR: Mobile Klinik kept my phone for 5 days for what would have been a 4-5 hour service that they didn't even complete, and went on to lie about completing it.
Zero stars. Made an appointment, got a confirmation email, showed up on time. Was told they didn't have an appointment for me (even after I showed the email confirming that the time, date, and location were all correct) and that they don't service my type of phone (even though I selected my make and model of phone online when making the appointment). When I asked why no one called or emailed me to cancel the appointment, they lied and said they had done so. Not apologetic at all, and offered no help or alternative suggestions. Don't waste your time.
I went today, Apr 22nd/25 around 11:30 a.m. to new battery and new glass cover, they told me come back in 3 hrs. and has to be in 3 hrs. I went back at 3 pm. The phone was ready, but the forgot to screen protector, it was installed very quickly. They were upfront with their prices. $145 for the battery and $37 for SP. I've found it super, super pricey, but I was making sure everything was installed and changed properly and it's a Samsung authorized repair store. The 3 hrs awaiting is too much and they weren't a client around both times I had to stop by. I think they do that to pretending they're super busy, which I don't think so. The customer service was ok, the only thing was the unnecessary waiting time. I hope don't have a problem. I've asked for my printed receipt. I don't think I'm going back.
I had a great experience with Mobile Klinik. Their customer service is absolutely exceptional. I was able to get an affordable and worthy service provider plan from them. I truly appreciate Vindhya for letting me know about this plan.
Went to repair my pixel 6A, great service by Ananta. The phone was ready on the same day at the expected time. The Staff were super cooperative and the service was great
STAY AWAY!!! Quality of replacement parts is sub- standard, not the same as Apple! Mobil Klinik replaced the back housing of my iPhone13 pro as it was cracked. Immediately after they replaced the part my Apple Pay did not work. I went back to see them within the hour. They said this could happen and they would order a new back housing and replace the one they had just put in. It would take another week. The next day as I was using my phone the audio no longer worked, it was no longer possible to take screen shots, the camera no longer focused… the list just kept growing. None of these were issues I experienced before they replaced the back housing. When I returned to their store 2 days later the clerk / repair guy pointed out that my back housing was cracked! I had not dropped the phone so was confused as to how this could have happened. Of course now, they made it clear, I would have to pay for the new incoming replacement part…. Regardless, I noticed at this time that my phone was not only cracked at the top but it was now also warped! It now bowed in the middle! This had happened even with the protective case it was in. The only way this could have happened is when I put my phone in my back pocket. Something I have ALWAYS done and NEVER had any issues with, until NOW! The only explanation I can come up with is that the parts they sell are not of good quality and should therefore be avoided. The clerk did not disagree and said “he only works there. He’s not the owner”. I could not do anything. Even a new back housing would not work because the phone was now warped and would likely be as problematic as the first. In the end I am out the $330 I spent plus the value of the phone had I traded it in. A pricey lesson! I will never go this route again. Be aware!!! The products they sell aren’t of the same quality!
