Item damaged more than when I dropped it off. Told me it was irreparable - another shop fixed their damage and they wont compensate me for their mistake.
I wanted to buy a phone from you today but after reading some of the views or bad stores lm scared cause l fear going to jail cause as a poor brother l cant take any kind of bogus phone in these times,and if l might add you just lost out on a Pro 7 phone buyer thats scared of what would happened if your staff tried sny of that stuff on me,a humble brother,but if a manger could say in writing lm good then l will trust him with the media behind me
If you have a complex repair, best to go to a different location. After coming here, I had to go to another another location to fix my issue - after I was told here there was nothing they could do. Leaving this store, my phone was put back in together in worse shape than I brought it in. Went in with an small crack and black display, left with a screen haphazardly attached to my phone after I left it with them to diagnose. I took my phone to a different Mobile Klinik location, and they addressed my repair right away in a compassionate and helpful way, and also gave me a free screen protector! They were able to assist me because I had another phone and my laptop to verify I had turn my iPhone turned off, and pending erase from apple. The Cumberland location wouldn’t accept that, but this other location was happy to help.
The bottom left part of the screen came off 6 months after repair. I didn't bother going back after reading reviews and understanding that they are using "OEM adhesives." I'm not sure if the appropriate amount of OEM adhesive was used.
I was struggling with a botched repair job on my phone from a separate Mobile Klinik location, and emailed Downtown uBreakiFix for help. They were quick and responsive and offered to take a look at the phone even though the Mobile Klinik warranties aren't yet transferable between locations. I brought my phone in and within minutes they had cleaned it up, fixed the issues caused by the other failed repair, and offered the whole thing free of charge. Overall great experience.
they claim they are not connected to ubreakifix's system and they wasted half of a day and told me they can't honor my warranty what lousy customer support, the danforth branch belongs to the network and offers better service
10 out of 10 would recommend.
