Yes, we went there a few weeks ago to buy a cover for my Apple iPad and they sold us one guaranteeing that it would work. When we got home, it fit all right but then when I went to use the camera for two way conversations like FaceTime, Zoom, etc. we discovered that there was no hole for the camera. I called several times and they finally called back and guaranteed they would call me back in 20 minutes. We never heard from them. This is why Canadians are so cynical— it’s a whole different value system today. Don’t waste your time and go to directly to Apple —you will pay more, but it will be the Wright product
Unfortunately, I had to deal with this store. I went to buy a new screen for my phone and paid an exorbitant price. After that, my phone started turning off and on every minute, and they didn't give me my money back. The service was terrible. I don't recommend anyone deal with them.
I purchased 2 phone cases from this store. One of them was a folder case, fits all phones with a sliding feature that requires the phone to be stuck to the case. They stuck it to the phone at the time of purchase. Next day the phone dropped to the floor with the case left in hand, fortunately not broken but obviously a defective case (glue pad). I brought it in hoping for a refund as I really don't want to take a chance on using another one of these cases. They would not give me a refund and they don't have another correct size case in stock. They expect another order in a few weeks. They will call me when the case comes in. If this is the kind of service and warranty you would expect, they're the best. Perhaps my standards are too high.
Be careful with this location, The costumer service was very bad, I went there to fix my iPad, so after two visits, the owner gave it to me just a parts Not recommended at all
I got gorilla screen guard for my new iPhone and both the times it chipped off within a week with careful handing. So basically this store sells cheap screen guards for high price saying it’s gorilla screen guard. I got cheated both the times. You can get better ones for less on Amazon. Don’t waste your money here.

These folks are amazing! Saved us about $200 for the screen repair and battery change compared to the Apple Store and completed the job in half the time. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind! Highly recommended if you ever need help with your phone!
