had my completely cracked iPhone 15 Pro Max screen replaced today and they fixed it perfectly. The price was super fair. I got myself the cutest phone case and some beautiful bedazzled phone chain. I brought my puppy with me and they were so kind and welcoming. Great vibes, fast service, and quality work. Highly recommend!
Went in to get a battery replacement done on my Pixel 6A. Since it's an older model they had to order it from the warehouse and it was there in two days, replacement itself took around 45 mins. As some other reviews suggest, the guy is very blunt but not in a rude or unreasonable way, he's just telling things as they are. If you're offended by it, chances are that you're the problem
Most honest guy i ever met. He fixed my phone in just 2 mins and charged me like just 5 bucks (that too when i asked him). For the same issue another shop owner (Repair Genie at Spadina) was asking me 80 CAD (God will do the justice)
I was few years customer. Owner is nice and friendly. The price is affordable, they fixed the phone is quick and professional. Highlight recommended store!
My experience at Tech X Spot was disappointing. The staff's rude and unprofessional behavior during a simple inquiry left much to be desired.Improvement in customer service is urgently needed at this establishment. I cannot recommend Tech X Spot to others.

It was frustrating to encounter such unprofessionalism, especially when all I needed was a simple fix or a clear 'I can't help you.'"
This place will be my go to for anything cellphone related from now on! Kason went above and beyond. I googled the cost of a replacement battery for my old Samsung S8+ and local repair shops. I called and asked him a few questions and he answered truthfully and quickly. He quoted me a fantastic price. Went and it took less than an hour to repair. My battery wasn't holding a charge well for two days and wouldn't charge above 65%. It was super frustrating and I can't afford a new cell at the moment. He had an opportunity to upsell me three separate times since I wanted a screen protector and have another old backup S8+ (with cracked screen and worse battery issues). He recommended against my ideas,even though they would have made him more money. He even gave me a discount on the quote he gave me over the phone!! I rarely experience service or biz owners like him. That's real service and great business practices. I'll tell anyone downtown Toronto to go to him. Every time!! Update December 2023: Kason helped me with another cell phone battery replacement + a relative's iPad battery replacement earlier this year. It was only $60. I'm going to see if he sells used cell phones because my cell is starting to do whacky things.
