Exceptional service. Went in to get my tablet fixed and came out with my phone fixed as well. All for free. The assistant was very helpful and we had long conversations about how to charge phones optimally, the types of hardware and cords I should be using
Some of the friendliest staff. Even thou I had to go back a second time, it was my own doing but they were still happy to help me. I recommend this location to everyone. Even while I was there another customer came in and left calling them angles. Keep up the good work
I had an amazing experience with them. My phone was stolen, but fortunately, I was able to get it back thanks to a kind Samaritan. Unfortunately, it was badly damaged. However, with Koodo’s insurance, they completely fixed my phone and provided exceptional service throughout the whole process. Given the circumstances, I’m so grateful I went to this store and will definitely be back to purchase more in the future!
I went here after the first location didn't help me and kinda the same here. I went here and basically he could only help new customers and not anyone who's currently with telus or koodo. I said ok were with telus for a while and were not looking to add a new line to the account. I don't know what's going on with these stores. Non of them want to help me? Like being a loyal consumer to telus is not important to them. Maybe I should take our business to bell or rogers!
