This store offers a great selection of the latest smartphones and accessories. The team was patient in answering all my questions and even helped me set up my new phone before I left.
AVIOD!!! Awful service, rude staff, and totally clueless. Took in iPhone that wouldn’t update. They took it apart, put it back together, broke the speaker, broke Face ID, broke the screen, and charged $220 for it. After they took it in I bought an iPhone 8 as a quick replacement. That phone didn’t work, and then they didn’t answer their phone for 3 days. When I returned to the store the staff were rude to me. Absolute crooks cowboys here…
Horrible service. Rude customer service. When contacted my friend was first hung up on when asking about a repair. When they called back was told the “line dropped”, continued by they had something wrong with their brain due to asking why there was false advertising online. They didn't even bother to assist with any needs and told my friend straight away to go somewhere else as they didn't want to help with the phone model, seems they're very lazy so I would not trust them with any of your devices.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Talked on the phone about phone repairs because that’s what they advertise and they called me brain dead. Got mad at me and hung up. Instead of wasting your time on a company that doesn’t know how to spell phone or have proper customer service I advise you to go somewhere that is at least able to communicate, without unprofessionalism.
Unfortunately I had a horrible experience. I purchased a phone in "excellent condition" at first I thought it couldn't charge but that was only because they sent a charger that didnt work.. then I noticed the audio on the phone itself didnt work.. I returned it and requested a refund because I was over all the small issues and didnt want to have to keep looking for problems for a phone that was supposedly in "excellent condition". I returned the phone via canada post and literally had to remind them to process my refund a week later. At first I thought the customer service was great but now I feel if I didnt notice these issues sooner I would be stuck with a phone that they knew didn't work.
Bought a broken product and didn’t provide a refund and made problems accepting an exchange. Not professional at all, don’t know how this guy is running a store.
