GREAT EXPERIENCE. I dropped my phone and was quoted $250 by the Apple Store for the back panel replacement. It was ridiculous! Frustrated, I asked for help at Cell Rox, and they were able to repair it for less than half the cost, within half an hour! The owner was very honest, provided great customer service, and showed empathy.
Went here to get my cell phone charger port fixed. Fast time turn around but a day later it was broken again and I was out of the province. The guy told me he put a new port in but I’m pretty sure he just cleaned it and gave it back to me for $50. He said “I didn’t know what was wrong with it, I cleaned it” and I said “what? Not a new port?” And then he said “yes and a new port”. But at that point I was skeptical. Next day it was broken again with the exact same problem it had in the first place. Wouldn’t trust the workers as far as I can throw them. Pmo. What a waste of $50! Stay away from here!!
Went in with a smashed tablet screen, came out with a "new" screen with 2 very serious scratches. Run don't walk in the opposite direction of this scam.
