I went there to get my iphone fixed and they treated me soo well, the girl who works there was so sweet and patient to me and helped me with my communication problem(english is not my first language) when I got my phone back it was just perfect, an amazing job and amazing workers.

Highly recommend! Broke my laptop screen and didn't know how to fix it. I didn't realize it but they do need a charger so be sure to bring one. They were able fix it within 2 days. They also gave updates and gave me flexibility to pick how I wanted to fix it. I elected to not replace the whole screen but just fix my laptop enough to get it working on an external monitor. The total cost was 60 which was very reasonable to me. Otherwise replacement of the whole screen would be $200 which I didn't need.
Came here to get my IPhone 11 fixed, They fixed the screen but my phone powers off by itself every 3 minutes I tried to come back and get them to fix it but they didn’t fix it… I payed 200 for them to do nothing
I came here because the microphone on my Samsung Galaxy 21 ultra cell was not working correctly. The man who assisted me was very straight up and knowledgeable and told me that apparently these types of Samsungs have had this issue and he straight up told me sometimes they were able to be fixed, and sometimes not. He said he will try his best for me. I appreciated his honesty, and he told me that if he was not able to fix it, he will only charge me for labour and not the part. He also had the part that needed replacing in store. Him and I ran some tests on my cell phone for a proper diagnostic. I told him I will take the chance and have him replace the part - even if it doesn't work I was willing to pay for the labour. He did the job within an hour and when he was done, my microphone worked! I was so happy. He told me that when he opened my phone to fix the microphone, he was able to identify the issue as to why it didn't work correctly before, and communicated that to me. The price was very reasonable too. I definitely recommend City Cloud and will come back here again if my cell phone breaks.
I love City Cloud. They do an amazing job repairing my broken devices (smashed iPad screen, broken water spilled on MacBook)at a very reasonable price, every time. They are the absolute best.
I don't understand the great reviews. I came here this morning, the guy at the counter was so rude, he took a look at my phone and just said we don't have the screen in stock. So I asked him can they not order them. Then he took a look at the computer and just said it's very expensive, it's $300. Lol I guess they are too busy and don't want anymore business.Thats exactly how he acted. Anyway I got my phone fix at a different spot close to Oakwood for $50 cheaper.
