All of the staff were incredibly helpful and very patient with every client. They listen carefully to your needs and requests and take the time to thoughtfully consider what’s best for you.
The staff are nice and the clinic schedule was running right on time. Dr. Hing is very kind and personable. I always have a good experience interacting with the office.
I was very impressed with Dr Kara and the level of care I received. She conducted a very thorough examination, paying close attention to every detail and ensured that nothing was overlooked. She explained the results clearly and with patients. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable with the information and recommendations.

Friendly helpful staff, thorough eyecare from the on-staff optometrist and great glasses and expertise from the on-site optician. I depend on the these glasses at work and come for an annual checkup here.
I don't recommend this place. Cleared me of all my insurance money for 1 exam and 1 pair of glasses. They force you to get the retinal exam each time even though you don't need that every year, especially if you're young. 175$ for a comprehensive exam. I can see why they have so many open bookings. Dr. Hing is great is you do decide to go, she answered all of my questions (hence the second star).
