I had a very disappointing experience here. They advertised that any glasses over $150 would include a free eye exam, yet I was still charged nearly $180 from my personal card instead of my insurance. Later, they called me saying insurance had covered the exam and I was owed $50, which I could collect when picking up my glasses. But when I went in, they suddenly said I can only use it as a credit if I buy another pair of glasses. This feels like a scam. Their promises don’t match what they actually do, and the staff’s customer service is extremely poor — very unprofessional and dismissive. Please make sure to listen to every word they say because they will twist things around later. Definitely not recommended

First time I went in the service was great but I cant save the same when I went back to pick out my glasses. First the guys was 10 mins late to open. From the start his daughter kept calling over and over and he would yell at her and tell her he has a customer and hang up but she would just call back. No customer service for me and when I tried to ask him questions he did not know the answer. And did not even try to look into it.

My son and I always get our eye exams and glasses hear. Always great service, the folks here are kind and helpful. Also the prescription is done really well when you receive your glasses. We will continue to visit this eye centre. Thank you East York Vision Centre

Absolutely terrible service and very rude staff. Do not recommend to anybody at all. Doctor got my prescription wrong, and when I got new eye exam , they did not even give me a new prescription. When I asked for new prescription, they said no and said they were busy. Made me come from 20 minutes away to get my prescription that they got wrong in the first place.

Very bad experience ! They charged me 380 dollars for normal reading glasses, which you can get for 20 to 30 dollars at Shoppers or Costco. I've had two bad experiences with them. Expectations were not met when I returned for the second time after four years. I would not recommend this store to anyone!

Horrible experience. Extremely unprofessional. Save your time, and go to a different doc. The wait times are horrible despite booking an appointment far in advance.

The yellow sign saying Doctor is in walk-in, but never available. They gave me an appointment in 4 days but when I arrived they let me in 20 minutes late. I had to come back to remake the test. AGAIN!!!! THEY'RE NOT PUNCTUAL IN THEIR TIMING. I HAD 2 LEAVE WORK EARLY JUST SO THEY LET YOU IN LATE MORE THAN 15MINUTES.

I am so sorry but Emergency for everyone might happen. I hope you understand that. 10 minutes, is too exaggerating but I had to help my daughter first. I am over 30 years Optician. It is not true if I do not know your answer.
