great service from all! The optometrist was kind and explained everything about my current eye health. The optician was very patient, while she advised of all the current promotions. Last but not least, Shahriyar, who helped my son and I choose our style of frames, was so knowledgeable with a great "eye" for style and fashion. If it wasn't for him, we would still be there deciding! We completely trusted his opinion and he gave us incredible time, patience and kindness.
We’ve been going to EOAO for several years now - first for glasses, and more recently for our annual eye exams - and continue to be impressed. We’ve tried other shops along Yonge, but the personal attention from Neda, Kiana, and Dr. Tay consistently stands out. My wife and I can be quite particular, and they’ve always taken the time to work with us to make sure we’re completely satisfied with our glasses and overall experience. Kiana did a particularly great job on my recent purchase. Thanks.
Very disappointed with this optical! I booked an appointment a week in advance for 10:00 AM to have my 5-month-old baby checked. They open at 10, and I arrived right on time — but the doctor was already with another patient. I don’t understand why someone was taken before me if the clinic only opens at 10. I ended up waiting 40 minutes with my baby, who eventually started crying from the long wait, and the staff did nothing to help or accommodate us. After me, a man with a 10:30 appointment also had to wait. If you value your time and expect punctual service, I do not recommend Eyes on Avenue Optometrist.
Super lovely with my kids! We took our 4 and 9 year old for eye exams and they were so patient and great. Booking was easy and I appreciate that they can also do exams on Saturdays

Best optician experience / service I've ever had. Many optical services business don't care much about the customer beyond the technical / transactional aspects. Eyes on Avenue is an notable exception. The after-service support is equally good.
