Dr. Chattoo always takes time to carefully explain what she is doing. She goes above and beyond to ensure that my eyes are looked after even though I have very complicated vision issues.
I attended FYiDoctors yesterday and was met with exceptional professionalism and care. I also brought my son to his appointment as well. My son has high functioning autism and Dr. Liu was wonderful working with him. She was so thorough and it was greatly appreciated. Everyone is so kind and their customer care is exemplary. I’m bringing my little daughter for an appointment too, I highly recommend this office.
Dr. Liu was very kind and knowledgeable. She addressed my concerns and explained my results in great detail. I appreciate that she took the time to teach me about the eye exam and that she was enthusiastic about her work. The office was also able to fit me in last minute on a busy weekend, which was really appreciated.
An overall 10/10 experience all the staffs were knowledgeable I felt like I was receiving the best care possible for my eyes! The lady receptionist was one of the most caring worker I’ve ever met!!
My family and I have been patients at Complete Family Eyecare clinic for over 20 years . Dr Sameen Chatoo is a wonderful doctor. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She takes her time with the examination and answer all our questions. She provides great recommendations on how to keep our eyes healthy. We trust her and we are so grateful that she is our doctor. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Complete family Eyecare if anyone is searching for a good Eye Care clinic .
Saw Dr. Sher. It was a straight forward eye exam, however both times I visited my concerns were not addressed or treated. Front desk staff is friendly and quick to respond.
Dr. Ng is so incredible, knowledgeable and kind. She is very thorough and I would recommend her to anyone. Hamida and the team at the front are accommodating, friendly and great at what they do.
