I would recommend FYI doctors at College park for their selection of premium frames and incredible service team especially Cheryl. They are more expensive for eye testing than many other optometrists but its small money in the grand scheme. Cheryl is like a friend as well as a highly professional helping you with eye wear.
Three reasons I recommend FYI Doctors at College Park. Dr Koo would never sell you glasses you don't need. Leeann Lu is a skilled and charming licensed optician . Reception staff create a welcoming environment.
I've been in this clinic for 3 year and I'm happy with their service. Dr. Jaffer who always makes me comfortable in my eye exam and explains everything I need to know. Anne who is always help me in choosing my frames and that happy face while helping me is warm up my heart
Very excellent place DR. Jaffer was very attentive to my needs and arrived to the best solution to fit my eyes. Annie treated me kindly and made sure all my questions were answered.
Clinic manager doesn't care about customers, "get your business somewhere else" it's something she says without any regret, and young doctor totally agrees!! Several years ago the experience was totally different, but it seems now the ship is steered in a different direction. And this shows in the attitude given by some other staff members unfortunately. I'm taking my business somewhere else, and strongly advise you to do the same!!
The staff at FYidoctors are so kind, helpful, personable,and professional. The atmosphere there is so welcoming that I can't help but smile. It's my favorite place to go to at 777 Bay st.
Came for an eye exam and was treated by amazing and friendly staff. Made me feel safe with their existing safety protocols. I was seen by Dr Kaitlin Koo who was amazing at what she does. She was thorough in her assessment and also made sure to explain some of the images that were taken of my retinal scan. Overall solid first time experience here and would definitely recommend!
