I ordered my lenses online, and they were ready for pick-up at the office located at 890 Yonge St. I came to pick them up at 11:00 — the office is supposed to be open at 11:00, but it was closed, and no one answered my calls. The office finally opened at 11:30. They couldn’t find my lenses and asked me to come back later. I returned an hour later, and my order was finally given to me. As an apology, I received a “sorry” and an offer of water. No discount for the next order or compensation was offered for the inconvenience. Truly outstanding service! Needless to say, I won’t be coming back or dealing with this company again.
Worst eye test centre I have ever been to. Booked an appointment for 6 pm, had to wait till 7 pm, they forgot to send my prescription via email, the doctor's handwriting is terrible. I need to order glasses and this is an unnecessary delay. Already emailed them, called them, no response.
