This is absolutely the place to go in Toronto if you need your vision cared for. The staff here - every single person, is excellent. It's exceedingly rare to be able to say that about an establishment, but it's true. Everyone that works at this location is extremely kind, unwaveringly professional, smart, and good spirited. Dr. Rehana Manji is altogether exceptional also. Dr. Manji found a problem with my eyes that is thankfully being addressed at the Toronto Retina Institute - a referral that literally saved my vision. (It's not an exaggeration to suggest I might very well be blind now without Dr. Manji's help and clear communication about my referral reasons and prognosis.) And after my treatment there, Dr. Manji helped me dial in a new glasses prescription I can use going forward. Quite literally the best I've been able to see in years thanks to the excellent care at this location! Thanks to all of you!
Amazing service here. Not knowing their hours of operation. I got there 20 minutes before opening. They still took me in and took care of all my needs and then didn't even charge me
I didnt purchase my glasses here but dropped by the store to see if they could help with changing my nosepads. The staff were super friendly and kind, they changed them at no charge. Will definitely return when I'm shopping for glasses!
