Patel was very helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed. These are my eyes, after all! I walked in without an appointment, shared my situation, and they graciously took the time to see me. The extraordinary customer service I received left me in awe. They didn’t just see me on short notice; they scheduled follow-up appointments to ensure the medication was working. Their support helped ease the burden on our busy emergency department.
